Geva Theatre Center is currently seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented person to provide quality customer support to our patrons in the role of a Box Office Associate. They will need to be personable with excellent customer service skills, possess basic problem-solving abilities, and be able to maintain a consistent work ethic and standard while working in potentially stressful situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook) and comfort with using a computer-based ticketing system (Patron Manager) is important. Previous experience working in a professional box office is strongly preferred, but is not required.
