SCAD Savannah seeks a communications coach to assist in executing the SCAD mission by supporting faculty in improving the delivery of presentations and in constructing engaging learning environments. In this position, you will be responsible for developing out-of-class learning opportunities focused on vocabulary, writing and public speaking. You will offer monthly out-of-class workshops on specific topics to support in-class learning and provide advanced training. The person in this role is expected to improve faculty public speaking, language and writing skills, advance overall academic achievements, and develop and implement co-curricular programs. The communications coach will also mentor faculty in the art of communicating ideas in front of executives, board members, business sector leaders, project managers, in the classroom and to peers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has excellent critical thinking and communication skills, in addition to applied international experience and the ability to independently prioritize and manage projects efficiently.
