The Group Sales Assistant will fulfill group reservation requests and provide excellent frontline customer service to group visitors. Essential functions include: take incoming reservations; work with group leaders and teachers to plan and schedule their visits to the permanent collections and special exhibitions; develop familiarity with Museum collections areas and content of Gallery Instructor guided tours; process orders in ticketing system; greet all groups on arrival; answer questions from groups, act as on-the-spot troubleshooter; maintain stock of office supplies. Evening and weekend hours will be required. Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills; minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.
