Lucky Seat is seeking a creative, hard-working problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills to join our team. As a Client and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of Lucky Seat’s operations including, building and running digital ticket lotteries, checking/updating content on a variety of digital platforms, maintaining records, distributing regular reports to our team, and Client and Customer Service support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting in developing and maintaining Lucky Seat projects. Building and operating digital ticket lotteries. Reporting and data entry. Client and Customer service support.
