The Frick Collection is an art museum consisting of more than 1,400 works of art from the thirteenth to the nineteenth century, displayed in the intimate surroundings of the former home of Henry Clay Frick. The residence, with its furnishings and works of art, has been open to the public since 1935. The Frick Art Reference Library is an internationally-recognized research library that serves as one of the most complete resources for the study of Western art. Founded in 1920, the Library today holds more than one million study photographs, 285,000 books, 80,000 auction catalogs, and 2,250 periodical titles. It is open to interested individuals from all over the world.
The Manager, Development Records and Reporting is responsible for the overall integrity of constituent information in the Raiser’s Edge database. S/he reports to the Head of Research and Prospect Strategy. S/he responds to data requests, pulls data files for major appeals, mailings, and invitations; generates regular reports; makes global changes and updates to the system; conducts various data integrity projects; and oversees the quality control on gifts and records. This position works closely with colleagues in all areas of Development, and with members of the IT and Finance departments.
Prior experience with Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge required; NXT experience a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience with fundraising databases. Proficiency in gift processing, analysis, and reporting. Expertise in queries, global changes, imports, exports, and reports. Ability to multitask and meet the needs of diverse constituencies in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively. Maturity of judgment, high level of accuracy, and keen attention to detail. Strong ethical sense and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. Competence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
