Requirements: • Terminal degree in business, design, social science or a related field • Experience leading a design or innovation department, managing a brand or directing design research and/or strategy programs for multiple stakeholders • Background working with teams and students, either directly as a professional practice team leader or as faculty in a design management educational program • Portfolio demonstrating in-depth investigations, reframing and modeling, and collaborative iteration in the resolution of complex design, business or organizational challenges
