Infinite Energy Center is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to assist with all aspects of event planning for events held in each of our facilities to include the Arena, Forum, Theater & Hudgens Center. Interested candidates should be team-oriented, enthusiastic and able to handle all aspects of event management, including scheduling, set-up and production, customer relations, coordination and distribution of information to various departments. Additional skills include staff supervision, drawing room diagrams, client & promoter interaction, advancing shows, estimating, invoicing and billing. Auto Cad, Excel, Microsoft Suite and Event Booking programs used. Must have excellent customer service, organizational, analytical and communication skills and be very detail oriented. Previous work experience in an Arena/Convention Center/Theater/Hotel is a plus. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
