The Old Globe seeks a part-time Front of House Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator to support the Patron Services Director and the operations of all Front of House departments. The position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, training and coordination of The Old Globe’s volunteer force; for providing administrative and operational back office support for house management, concessions, gift shop operations; and assisting house managers during evening and weekend performances. The successful candidate will have excellent computer, administrative, and organizational skills, and very strong interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants should have a minimum of two years administrative experience; experience coordinating a volunteer staff a plus. This position is part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, Hours include both some weekday and weekend, afternoons and evenings. Must be able to pass applicable background check.
