artnet is seeking a full-time Client Service Specialist to join the Data Products Team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner auction houses, as well as manning the artnet support line. The Client Service Specialist will speak to clients daily to keep them engaged and ensure success on our platform, and will collaborate with the sales team closely on coordinating campaigns, and renewing recurring businesses. The Client Service Specialist will also work with the finance teams on a daily basis on billing and collection matters. Tasks Required:

Provide clients with an exceptional level of product and technical support Form relationships through constant communications with clients via email and phone Track, follow, and resolve all customer issues in a timely fashion Collaborate with the sales team on coordinating campaigns, and renewing recurring businesses Build member site for partner auction houses Use Photoshop to design client advertisements and edit images Work with the finance teams on billing and collection matters Assist users with online transactions to ensure seamless billing of Price Database products Provide outreach to clients on account matters and site changes, as well as assisting marketing on seasonal campaigns Work with research associate to build and improve reports for client outreach Identify client sales opportunities to promote artnet products and subscriptions Identify areas for improvement according to the needs and feed-backs from our diverse user base

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art History, Fine Arts, or Arts Administration Proficient knowledge of PC platform, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop Basic comprehension of HTML Professional and pleasant phone and email etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused Ability to multi-task and stay calm, positive, and productive under pressure Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities, and escalate them in a timely manner Ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in German
