Patron Services Associate – Registrar
Imagination Stage is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to work up to 20 hours per week in our Patron Services Department. This position will be a job share with the majority of its workload coming from work as a Class Registrar but will have other duties as a Box Office Associate assisting with ticket and subscription sales. Some weekend work very rarely – primarily weekday scheduling.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Registration duties include updating classes and student information in Tessitura software, ensuring that all registration information is entered chronologically and efficiently so as to limit registration errors and mix ups, communicating with the Education Department to troubleshoot problems, creating and maintaining waitlists, and answering emails and phone calls from parents.
Box Office duties include the processing of daily ticket sales and subscription sales over the phone and in person using Tessitura, as well as Will-Call ticket handling, miscellaneous filing, organizing, paperwork, and general assistance to manager on duty.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates should have excellent organization and pleasant demeanor as well as an appreciation of theatre and comfortable around children.
- Previous Tessitura or data entry experience preferred, but not required.
9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on alternate weekdays. 20 hr/week, flexible scheduling depending on availability.
