Program Manager Information Security – IT

Christie’s Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join their NY office Information Security Group. Reporting to the Head of Information Security (ISO,) this role will oversee multiple projects to further the advancement of the Information security program.

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Handling Infosec projects from inception to completion, engaging with all stakeholders including technical teams to ensure timely execution of such projects Project communications management, including scheduling and conducting meetings with stakeholders. Project scope and risk management to ensure timely completion of projects Vendor Risk Management program, coordinating vendor risk assessments to ensure safety of Christie’s data. Vulnerability and Risk Management program to reduce the risk across information systems and assets. Information security awareness and training activities, conducting phishing campaigns, and follow up awareness messages and course rollouts. Building close working relationships with key stakeholders for security initiatives Assisting with presentations for Information Security steering committee meetings with senior executives and other stakeholders Collating and reporting on various program metrics – governance, risk, and compliance.

The Candidate

Exceptional client service skills including strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Project management skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple processes Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and sites Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Ability to creatively problem solves Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of JDE, COS Media Library Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
