The Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Hammer Curatorial Team and internal stakeholders. The Coordinator will draft artist, vendor and participant contracts, organize and maintain exhibition and artist files; and work with the Curatorial team and other museum staff to collect images for web site and catalogue, among other duties.
Duties in support of all of the responsibilities outlined above include preparing regular progress reports; maintaining files; coordinating logistics; managing and tracking budgets with curatorial affairs; and other duties as assigned to ensure the project’s successful development.
