Specific Functions/Activities Summary

The Guest Relations Lead will serve as the head usher during events at Radio City Music Hall.  Responsible for working with guest relations staff and management to ensure a positive guest experience. GR Lead will also be responsible for specific sections of the theater, ensure staff and section is show ready and guest’s needs are met. Stock section with necessary supplies such as programs, issue employee breaks, monitor employee shift duties, while assisting supervisors in ensuring staff is properly following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Candidate must have worked in a customer service capacity in a major theatre or entertainment/retail facility. Proven work history of above average work performance, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 3 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays.  The ability to handle multiple tasks, lead large groups of employees and display excellent internal and external customer service is required. Strong communication skills with a concentration on teamwork are essential. Education

Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.Educational requirements may differ from job to job based on the role.
