The Ticketing Concierge serves as the main point of contact for the Marquee Club members. Ensure proactive and timely customer relations that aligns with the Fox brand.Major Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales and fulfillment of Marquee Club access and performance tickets for Marquee Club members Coordinate with all departments to ensure that internal and external Marquee Club guest ticketing needs are being met and exceeded Manages schedule of member window pre-sales Develops and delivers email blast content to marketing department Deliver sales and customer reports for internal team as needed Assist with fulfilling mail ticket orders in the ticket fulfillment center Other duties as directed
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Must have minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a ticketing environment Experience working with ticketing software and Microsoft Office Products is preferred Must have experience working in a customer service driven environment Demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics are required Must be able to stay calm in stressful, fast-paced environment
Essential Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time Must be able to communicate with guest in person and via telephone Must be able to traverse Ticket Office, Marquee Club, and other areas of the venue
Other Requirements: Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening and background check.
